Nice stance!

How are the front 4 inch drop springs working for you? Did you have to remove the bump stops? How about the rear? Cnotch?

I had to remove the bump stops. I didn't have to notch the rear I haven't even been able to make it bottom out by bouncing as hard as I could on the rear bumper. I pretty pumped with how it came out

Oh man! Glad to see it sitting on the ground again. Looks amazing. I looked at doing the 4/6 springs too, like La Z, but talked myself out of them just because I couldn't find anyone running them. Wish I would have now. Looks good man.

Re: Clyde's '65 BBW "Bonnie"

Im following along always been a fan of this body style and the Patina of the truck makes this one that much better let alone the old school cragars. Love everything your doing to this truck. this is the only body style of GM I've never owned but like it the most . Ive got my eye on one with great patina and want to purchase it to build up for my father to pull his boat to the lake in. this build is my inspiration for how I want his to look.

Thanks! I have been inspired by many on this forum but never thought I'd be the one to inspire. Thanks for sharing! Cragars are my all time favorite

Sub'd....I'm along for the ride!

I really like what you are doing with your '65! You are doing alot of what I have been considering but didn't know how it would turn out, now I do. Your 283 sounds mean. I can't wait to get mine running again.

Thanks!

I need to get some new video of it with the exhaust all on. Sounds a lot better now since I got the timing and carb adjusted

The factory rear windows use some sorta of sealant/glue like the windshield does to seal them into place. Many of the aftermarket sliders, change that to the old style gasket instead of a glue/sealant typo put the window into place. I have not seen tape being used, but I guess it is possible to have a double sided sticky tape as you seal.
