Car hauler spotted
First time I have seen one of these in the wild. Fully loaded with a race car and going pretty quick 70 mph on the highway in Northern MA. Not sure why it's posting image sideways.

Glad you risked both your safety and your financial freedom (and points on license) by taking those pics for us.
That is a big deal, seeing that thing! |

Re: Car hauler spotted
Wide open highway...otherwise wouldn't have taken the shot.
The truck was a 71-72 based on the grill and didn't seem to mind the 97 degree heat yesterday. |

Re: Car hauler spotted
That is either a trimmed out C/30 or the cab was swapped. Nice to see. Could be one build back in the day. Those were often bought as CSTs or Cheyennes. I have a cab light/high hump/AC CST cab from a former race car hauler

Re: Car hauler spotted
Its amazing how many of these haulers were around back in the 60's and 70's.Alot of racers went with the enclosed trailers and the ramp trucks were left to rust away next to the garage.I keep mine on the road and use it weekly. When I retire I plan on giving it a full restoration.. for now I keep it mechanically safe for the road. Here is a few pics of it with my old super pro car.
