Heater Box is Back On!!!!

My dad and I got it this go around.

All hardware accounted for as well.

I think the GMC Paul's gasket kit is worth the money, the only pieces I couldn't use went around the heater core and around the tubes.

New fan gaskets from GMC Paul's fit perfectly (both the large rubber one and the smaller foam one).

Perimeter gasket from GMC Paul's.

Tube foams from Grumpy Old Man are a step above the GMC Paul's kit.

1/8" steel washer in use with 1/8" aluminum rivets with 1/2" grip area.

And yes we connected the flap control cable and used the press down locking washer. I still need to tighten all the hardware after the gasket has taken a set and lube the flap control at the bottom.

Next task: running the NOS fenders over to the painter, hopefully today!

Thanks again to everyone that gave advice.
