Can't see in the pictures but does it have a screw on oil filter?

If you do take the engine apart I would like the valve covers. I can have these shipped to a US address.

Notice the nice exhaust manifolds. Matching pair with the "GMC" & casting #s clear. No cracks or broken parts. Really heavy, so: $100 pr shipped.
