69cst10 suspension

I have a 69cst10 LB with coil springs and helper spring leaf on the rear but not much weight support back there. I do not mind spending what is necessary to add more support as funding will come from kids inheritance. I tried faq so please do not bore me with that. I am 83 so be nice.

Coil spring truck? You can get load increasing airbags. (NOT the same as the airbag setups guys use to lower the truck!)

You could also swap 1/2 ton springs for 3/4 ton springs. HD shocks are good as well.
