Facelift, sort of...
A couple of months ago, I pulled a boneheaded move and rear ended a 2000ish Tahoe. Luckily it didn't hurt them or their ride very much. Unfortunately it did this to mine:

Re: Facelift, sort of by accident...
I pulled the bumper and looked; the bumper and brackets are obviously nuked, the grille mounts are mostly broken, the condenser and hood latch support are bent, and the core support is bent too.
I got the latch support straight enough to work and the grille popped out for now. Time to start looking for some front end parts. I found a brand new bumper on Craigslist for cheap, I think it's from a HD truck. It was a good deal so I grabbed it and set it on the tow hooks for a test fit with my big helper.

Re: Facelift, sort of...
I liked it, but the openings looked weird with nothing in them. I debated about finding a set of lights to put in, but I'm on a CSOB budget so I made up some mesh pieces to fit in. It made the difference for me, so on it went!!

Re: Facelift, sort of...
That could be a 6.5 turbo diesel bumper, too. I want one! Those nostils give a mean look of performance in my eyes. There were Sport model Tahoes that got those, as well, and they were color-matched to body. IIRC those spotted lights in there. The mess looks good, as does the whole truck.

Re: Facelift, sort of...
Thanks guys. I'm really liking the new bumper. It does have a tougher look to it. When I get back in there to replace the core support I may rig up some air dam inside to route air up to the condenser. It wouldn't take much.
