Engine size?
Okay so what are the ci of a 4.8 L vortec v8, an a 6,0 L vortec V8, my dad says 305, and 454. i say 350 and 400. are we right?

Thanks, tried the good ole google, but it was all over the place, i like the 6.0 better, has a lot of pep, but the 2500 is also a work truck, will try an snatch some pics.

4.8/292 5.0/305 5.3/327 5.7/350 6.0/366 6.2/376 7.0/427 7.4/454 8.1/496 8.2/502 A general rule of thumb is 1 liter=61.024 cubic inches. |

when in doubt, google has a great little unit converter app right on thier search page if you search for "unit converter liters to cubic inches" or any other unit conversion variation.

Well, just because the conversion math says that an engine is a certain size doesn't make it so...
They played fast and loose/close enough with the designations, and rounded them off anyway. |
