72, A/C-heat fan switch, melted plug
It's the second one I've seen switch plug has melted the causing contacts to toucha and the fuse to blow. Anyone else run accross this. Is there a solution to the cause?

It is cause by loose connections. The old connector blade on this post heats up from being too loose causing the metal to loose it's tension. Before adding a new switch take the wire out of the connector and replace the blade. Should cure your problem.
