Re: Before and After
LOVE your blazer! I have a medium bronze one as well - I bought it a year and a half ago. I haven't taken the top off yet as I want to wait until I have a roll bar and the proper winch set up to lift it off properly in my garage. Did you put 35's on it? I put 33 by 12.5's on mine. Also waiting to put a 2.5 inch EZ Ride Skyjacker this winter. I've also put on new exhaust since this photo.

Re: Before and After
Also, where did you get your roll bar and shade cover? Does it flap in the wind when driving?

Re: Before and After
I put a 4'' Skyjacker ez-ride lift with 35x12.50 BFG k02 on 10'' rallys. The rollbar was in it when i bought it but the top is for a jeep cj5 very easy to install.

Re: Before and After
Such a great color for these trucks! What did you do to the paint from the first pic to the second one? The paint looks awesome. Like it's brand new! I'm digging your little bikini top too. That one is for a jeep??

Re: Before and After
I washed it real good and got the old buffer out and grinded a little on it. This thing had been sitting in a building for along time with not a lot of attention to it. And yes it is a jeep bikini top for a CJ5.

Re: Before and After
Thanks GM man!!! I dont think I gave to much but I would say this if could find 10 more of them that was in this shape I would buy all 10. I couldnt believe everything worked on it but the speed O,even the interior lights...Done a lot tho,put new GM crate engine, front disk brakes (drum),exhaust,re-built the front end totally,Red Head sterring box, heater core, lift kit and wheels and tires...all in all glad I made the 7 hour trip to get it..

Re: Before and After
I know what you mean. Found mine almost 10 years ago in Albuquerque New Mexico (I'm north of Dallas). Bought a plane ticket, flew out there, and drove that baby 10 hours back home. First time I stopped for gas, had a guy try to buy it. Been driving it everyday since and still love it! I'll love it more when I get my new 6.0/4L65E dropped into it.

Re: Before and After
It is a best top for a CJ5 Jeep. It came with a 2 piece metal channel for the front to put on the top of the windshield frame for the top to go in and 2 snaps. I bought it locally at a auto accessories store for like 100 bucks. Im sure you can get it at any place that sells jeep stuff...

Re: Before and After
so you used the channels on the inside of the windshield to use the bikini top? Did you have to do any mods? Blazers awesome looking by the way.
