Spring perch centers? On a 57

I'm sure I' must have asked this but I can't find where, and my googles have failed me on this one.
What is the spring perch center-to-center width on the 55-59 trucks?
I'd go out and measure but it's pouring cats and dogs out there. Some day, I'm getting a place with a garage.

try that in google images. it is for 58 or 59 but perches should be the same. you meant the frame perches right? if you meant the perches on the diffwhere the springs attach then try the old car manuals project and browse I guess. I have seen it there somewhere.

I mean at the axle, like, where would I need to weld new spring perches to fit a TF truck?

well, I assume you have the truck sitting there and want to swap in a different diff but dont have the old diff to measure off. you could get the centre to centre dimension on the frame spring hangers, side to side. so basically the width at the centre of the spring leaves up near the spring hangers= less chance of a measuring mistake made from the movement of the springs.
