Seems like alot of work you are doing if it is under warranty!
Take it to the dealer and tell him to rent you a truck till it is a no-hopper!

$0.02

Joe, you might make a index on your dad's truck so that you can keep them in the same position and location, just to keep him from having problems. No it doesn't matter how you put them on yours

Just got some interesting info!!! The old man called me at work and while he was driving HIS sonoma (with 2 of my michelins on) because I have his 2 Yokohama's on my truck, his truck started shaking with the tires/wheels on!!! I also noted mine was 50% smoother with his Yoko's on when I was driving to work. The Yoko's are 225/70/15's and my Miche's are 235/70/15's. Now we're back to wheels/tires. His truck was smooth as could be with the 225/70/15 yoko's on the back and 205/75/15 tiger paws on the front. If the ZR2 S10's can have a tire that big, why can't I? They have stiffer springs/lift/billstein shocks. Does this mean with the bigger tires they put on the truck they need stiffer suspension to eliminate things like tire hop/smoother ride? Just some food for thought. Let me know what you guys think!

Well 67fleetside, You're the winner! It's 2AM and I couldn't sit still tonight so a few hours ago I started playing with different things on the truck. Finally I said F-it, the new shocks were so cheap let's try it....... I got to the last shock (drivers side front) and wouldn't you know it...... It was completely soaked in oil and dust and dirt stuck to it all over. Took the shock off and pushed it together and the oil just spewed out around the shaft. My drivers side front shock has been blown all along. This was telescoping the vibration to the back of the truck making it feel like it had a bad tire in the rear end. I replaced all 4 shocks and Oh, the ride was almost org@smic! Or better! LoL JK......It's too late, I should be in bed. But this is so exciting!!! I drove the truck around for an hour tonight on the highway and rough roads and I couldn't get it to start hopping. However the new shocks are so stiff it's like riding in a sports car. I'll get used to it in time I'm sure The handling is amazing with those 235/70's on there! Now I must go rest my guts and ribs Good night all, we'll catch you in the morning!

Good sluthing job there, but the others were right. You did WAY too much work for a truck still under warrenty. The dealer owes you, and they don't even know it.

Enjoy your new ride!!
