What rear setup for ls swap?

Although I have already started my project I still have a few things to sort on and plan. I am looking for advice on rear end setups. I am swapping in a 6.2l/4l75e drivetrain. I want to use the stock 12 bolt. What kind of gear locker setups are ls swapped truck running? I am going for good driveability

Thumbs up Re: What rear setup for ls swap?

I'm running the stock 4:10 gears in my 6.0 4l80e setup!
I'm getting about 16-18 MPG on the road.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I am using a 3.73 Posi in the '67 Panel Truck with the LS1/4l60e combo. Runs really good and I got almost 24 mpg on the secondary roads when we went to Kansas City last September. I was running 60-65 most of the way.
