Re: Boyd Welding Fuel Tanks: Limited Time Group Buy
If Im going with an LS conversion in my '65...do I need the 0-90 OHMS sending unit? I'm pretty sure the older SBC are 0-90...and assuming the LS1 would be the same? Can I get a quote for an efi tank for a 65 with an LS1?

Re: Boyd Welding Fuel Tanks: Limited Time Group Buy
It all depends on the gauges you plan on using, not so much the engine. If you plan on running stock gauges, then a 0-30 will be ideal. If planning to use Dakota or most other aftermarket gauges, then I would go with 0-90 ohm.

I want to thank Travis publicly. I was sent the wrong tank on accident, he immediately said no prob, hooked me up with a return label and is having a new tank sent out. Great customer service guys! Thanks

Re: Boyd Welding Fuel Tanks: Limited Time Group Buy
Can you quote me an efi tank for a 69 c10. Efi, rollover vent, 0-90ohm, center fill but angled 45* to the rear (and also a separate quote with the normal center fill) both with black powder coat.

Thanks again. Will Boyds send out a shipping notification when it ships? I only ask because I will be in Italy from the 16th to the 1st.

Re: Boyd Welding Fuel Tanks: Limited Time Group Buy
I defiantly recommend the tank, I installed mine about a month ago, prior to install I polished the tank with some metal polished and got it to look just about like chrome, defiantly a nice piece: metal:

Re: Boyd Welding Fuel Tanks: Limited Time Group Buy
Can you confirm the Boyd tank will fit a leaf suspension short bed? Also, does the rear cross member need to be moved back to install the tank?
Could I get a quote for a Boyd EFI/Side Fill with: 1) sending unit 2) mounting kit 3) roll over vent 4) powder coated black Shipped to 03809. Thanks.

I also have a 72 c10 shortbed leaf spring with wood floor and was wondering if and any mods were needed to install.

No mods needed, as if I remember right, the rear crossmembers are in the same location. The tank is 19" from front to back. |

Re: Boyd Welding Fuel Tanks: Limited Time Group Buy
Does Boyd's offer these for a '59 GMC with a side fill option? Also a pump suitable for LS engine and shipping to zip 30710? Quote would be great.
