29" vs 30" tall tire on 24's

I have been searching and found a few places that have sizing charts. I am looking for rubber bands on 24x12s. So far I have only seen 3xx/35/R24. And they all seem to reference a 30" tall tire. Are there 3xx/25/R24's? Or can a 24x12 fit a 29" tall tire.

Some of these new kits like porterbuilt, choppin block and roadstershop all show how tall of a tire they can lay pinch weld. But what is the smallest for a 24? Want to see if it is possible to get a 29" tall tire on a 24x12. Willing to go down to 24x10 if need be. Thanks.

Gotta make room somewhere and it's the inner fenders and rear wheel tubs.

I have 24x10 with 305 sitting around and I don't even want to try to bolt them on cause I know they will bolt on but the ability to drive safely will not be there. I only have a 3/4 drop.
