tire/wheel size on 2wd blazer

Building a 2wd Blazer with 4/6 ECE static drop, going to run 255/40/20 and 295/40/20
1st time I've ventured outside a 15in tire and wheel, what size rims and backspacing is working the best on this setup?
Thanks Guy's
Donnie

I have 20x10 with 5.5" BS& 20x8.5 with 5.25" BS. They fit perfect. I've got the same size tire you're planning to run.

Front about 3.5" sidewall. Rear about 4" tires are right at the bottom of fender if not tucked slightly. Absolutely no rubbing. I'm lowered 4.5" up front and roughly 6.5" out back.
