Tie downs

Looking for ideas on tie downs in the 4 corners without drilling new paint. Thinking about rings welded to bed strip bolts. Ideas?

I'v used them many times to secure motorcycles with no issues. The tighter you get them, the stronger they hold.

Re: Tie downs

You can also use "E" or "A" track tie down strips. There are many suppliers and several different ways to secure cargo with the tie downs.

Re: Tie downs

i replaced the 4 corner bed strip bolts with a stainless steel eye bolt like this

My dad and I did power tour in 2015 and we tied down 3 totes and a gas can with a bed net and it worked perfectly. We will be doing the same again this year. If you ever decide to change your mind all you have to do is put the original carriage bolts back in.
