Nothing like new performance parts. Looks good.
Please tell us you didn't put blue silicone on the carb gaskets. Also, it looks like the carb has the hardened steel plugs covering the idle mixture screws. Does it or is it just my eyes playing tricks on me?

 I am with the others, no silicone should be used under the carb or adapter...it looks like you did.

Looks good Eric! But you should see the flange on the JBA's I got lol..its like 3/4 of an inch thick!!

Yep Ken, you are right. Now that I look at it more closely, I can see it has no plug in it. At first glance I thought for sure it did. I got to thinking it sure would be a dumb thing for jet to sell if it did.

I do not believe gas is good for silicone.
Besides, you do not need to use silicone for the carb gaskets, they go on dry.

Jeff's right. Silicone will break down when exposed to gas. This would end up in your engine.
