TH700R Fit?

Hi All,

Will this fit my 64 c20? If so, will I have to do anything around it to make it work? I have a sbc 350.

Thanks!

Re: TH700R Fit?

What transmission do you have now? It'll fit the trans mount and tunnel fine. Will bolt up to the 350 fine too. Does it come with the torque converter?

You may need to shorten your driveshaft depending on what's there now for a trans. You'll need to run the TV cable to the carb. Tv made ez is a place you can get the cable and get it set up right. You'll need to wire up something if you want torque converter lockup at cruising speed, unless it's a hydraulic lockup which I kind of doubt.

Re: TH700R Fit?

Would likely need to shorten your driveshaft a bit. May need to move the transmission crossmember and redrill for the bolts. I'd recommend getting the trans in and then measure for the driveshaft, and then get yours shortened and rebalanced.
