I'm interested in the dual snorkel. Can you tell me what the diameter of the cover is? Is that rust on the cover? If so, how bad is it?

15". Top should be blasted and paint or powder. Chrome has a couple spots that won't clean up with steel whool. Rest is in fair condition. Project just went a different direction. Thanks
