throttle linkage
What is an easy method to link between the factory
pedal assembly and an Edelbrock carburetor on a small block? |

Re: throttle linkage
The '63 uses a linkage rod, not a cable. I'd prefer to keep it simple and not convert to a cable design.

Re: throttle linkage
I've used different varieties of threaded swedged throttle tubes on customer projects like these from Speedway: http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Search...eaded+throttle
They come in aluminum and steel versions in a multitude of different lengths. Hardware is pretty standard for either quick release or rod end type connectors. I actually recently used an aluminum threaded throttle tube version on my 63 Tempest project since the original throttle link was damaged beyond repair.- I was able to use the original carb quick release connector and used a rod end to replace the one that was integrated with the OE rod.

Re: throttle linkage
If you have installed your small block in the original V8 location, you can also use an original V8 throttle linkage.
