Picked up a cheyenne k20
Figured id share. Picked it up on a farm vy the mexico az border.had to tow it 5 hourz with a half ton 99 silverado. But worth it!
1971 cheyenne k20 Factory dark green and white, tilt steering, no spin rear, lots of options. Not molested too bad I am very excited about it. I am selling a lot of my other stuff to give this one deserved attention. Heres some pics. Posted via Mobile Device |

Congrats, great find. I'm also a huge fan of the K20 with cab lights. Just looks right. . Don't see many in that color combo either.

Re: Picked up a cheyenne k20
Thanks everybody.
I plan to maintain the green and white paint on it until i can afford to have it repainted, again with its original green anf white color. I plan to maintain a lot of oem style, but with a little lift with wheel and tire. If the 350 runs, itll stay until it dies, if its bad, i would like to dress a 454 up era correct like a 402 and put it in. I plan to tow a car trailer when needed with other trucks etc on it.

Re: Picked up a cheyenne k20
Beautiful truck.
Is that lifted or stock? Tire size? I want to lift, but am just looking around at the moment. I dont want to go too high to tow another vehicle or camper trailer, and too high to easily get an atv in the bed.

You've got some great options on that truck. Mine was a typical Montana purchase- pretty spartan on creature comforts. It's got the heavy rear spring option- and it's ROUGH without a load, lol. |
