D49 mirror location

I'm replacing the mirrors on my '74 Blazer project from below eyeline to the D49 (sport?) and am not sure where they go on the doors. Anybody have a diagram of placement?
Also-was there any type of reinforcing plate on the inside of the door for this option? Thanks

Re: D49 mirror location

I don't have the measurements but there is a bolt in bracket on the inside. Make sure not to get aftermarket mirrors. They are junk
