Lincoln Rear End - Your Opinion Please
Tell me if this this is a good idea...
My local wrecker just got a 1991 Lincoln Town Car. I know this car has rear disc brakes and would probably be a good fit for my '69. Should I think about this swap? Is it worth it? Is the Lincoln rear end strong enough for 350-400 hp?

I think they have 5 on 5 pattern. If so, I would do it. If I had it to do over again, i'd put a lincoln rear under my truck.

You could find a '77 continental with a disc brake 9". I have one under my Malibu but I had it cut down. I think it's the right lenght for our trucks. It has a 12" rotor.
