Nice, I'm planning on doing the same thing with mine! What are you using for paint?

Re: Patina blue
Got the door mounted. The hot rod flatz is super easy to spray. Although the door came out a little more dull that the bed sides. Guess it doesn't make a difference because I plan to sand it down anyway.

Re: Patina blue
Is the top of the cab primer? or is that the color?
I like the flat blue. I HATE gray primer. Don't care much for flat black either.......... |

Re: Patina blue
It is primer. I needed to hand the doors to make sure I got the lines right for the white top.

Re: Patina blue
Looking pretty cool. I like where your at with the patina look so far. . preference if you wanna go more. You mentioned the hot rod flatz laid down nice. would you recommend it to a first time painter such as myself?

Re: Patina blue
This is the first time I've sprayed a top coat I've sprayed epoxy primers. The hotrod flatz so far has been very easy to spray. This color covers real well I think my 13 year old could spray it.

Awesome, thank you. Urs looks really nice. Ive only ever sprayed a top coat in a painting class so it was only single panels. Never a full truck. I just finished puttin mine together and I’m Gettin a new bed for it, two different colors so I wanna try to get it all one color. I’ve heard good things from people about hot rod flats. Might have to give it a shot. Yours is lookin great so far
