top spring hats distance?? toe problems

I have question too anyone that has a ifs kit in there 41-46 chevy truck. the company I bought kit from is a p.o.s and wont give me any informantion. so going kinda off other kits online I have mine set at about 25 3/4 from each other. and leveled out vertical. any further apart was kinda getting positive camber that wouldn't beable to fix. so with it being at where its set I have a little negative camber and even more when truck Is aired out which is expected. my problem though might not even be the top hats maybe but from ride height to aird down my toe will change dramatically from straight to pushed out or visversa. what would cause my toe to change like that so dramactially.

Here's a link from Gayleco, there's lots of measurements for different vehicles here.

They use JW Rod Garage units, so probably different than what you're, but may be able to help.
