John, I don't think the lower one did, but the upper one (in the pic) has a broken off stud that would need to be heated with a torch and probably backed out with a set of vise grips or something. You can see it in the picture. I'll wait and see if the first guy wants them. If I don't hear from him by tonight, I'll get you a shipping estimate if you're still interested. Brian
