New wheels and tires

I just picked up my new tires/wheels and even though it’s cold and nasty I had to test fit them. I’ve got 2 1/2 drop spindles and 2 big block drop springs on the front and c notch and flip kit on rear I’m thinking I’ll do rear drop shackles to get it a little lower in the rear.

Re: New wheels and tires

Nice wheels and tires. I dig the sizes. It should look even better when you get the rear down a bit more.

Re: New wheels and tires

I need to get the tailgate back on it and fill up the boyd tank that I mounted in the rear and than I’ll be installing some drop shackles to get the rear a little lower.

How close are the rears from the inner fenders? Looks close enough to rub when making a corner possibly.

Re: New wheels and tires

I have a good 1 inch between tire and inner fender. I know others have used this size with no problems. The true test will be when I do my first fast and loud burnout. But I will keep an eye on it.

Re: New wheels and tires

Looks great. I have 275 55 17 on the back of my short step with a flip. That's all that would fit. Would love to have the 295's!
