so i have lost my wiper arms for my 69 c10 can i use arms off any newer years?

Probably, if the posts are the same size and the arms are the same length. I have never really tried it. If you want to pay postage I will send you a pair of them. Be forwarned postage from the US to Canada can be a little high. Maybe one of our members from north of the border can come up with a source up there.
