Upholstery Ideas After Removing Gas Tank Behind Seats
I am looking for ideas to upholster the area behind the seats after the gas tank has been removed. I can work out the flat areas using 1/16" Luan paneling, but I'm not sure how to round out the cab corners for a nice clean look.
Thanks, POP

Re: Upholstery Ideas After Removing Gas Tank Behind Seats
I replaced mine with a custom sub box the size of the tank, using the same mounting bolts and a shallow mount sub. I then used MDF and cut it to the shape of the curved corners, and incorporated storage openings for the jack and a fire extinguisher. You can then cover it with material, or carpet, or felt, or whatever... Will try to post a pix.
