1970 c10 tail light trim
Hello,
Our c10 we just purchase has a damaged passenger aluminum taillight trim, and was missing the driver side. i purchased both new tail light trim pieces for our c10 and had a heck of a time installing the clips into the bezels (trim) what even made it worse is that the new moulding clips were different than the old ones on the trim piece i did have! anyway after much frustration, and some back side scratch marks, (the front is still ok and unblemished), some clips went in one way and some went in better a different way, My question is: which way is correct?. Does it really matter? i guess i will find out when i get home from work. |

You have my curiosity. In a related question. Is there a way to remove the taillight trim WITHOUT damaging the clips? And ar the clips the same as used on the tailgate/upper trim?
