If no one can help you out with originals I have some off a newer blazer that are close. Mount in a slight angle and the height is just a hair shorter but once install I don't think anyone would be able to tell.

I was actually able to find some originals in my parts with a couple of the angles also. 75 plus shipping for everything in the picture.

The other ones are from the floor up and the inside front of the quarter panel hope that makes sense. The one is above the wheel well
