New to the site and new to Chevy trucks (grew up in a MoPar family).
I am hooked. Love this truck and already spending money on it. |

Re: show us your driveway pics
71K1500 with 2" Tuff Country spring lift. To me, the lift ended up looking more like 4". Thinking about lowering truck back down...can't decide? . Any opinions!

Re: show us your driveway pics
I think if it were a couple inches lower, the wheel opening and tire size would perfect. Just my opinion. It is a nice truck the way it sits too.

Re: show us your driveway pics
It rides ok, kind of bouncy. Truck is difficult to get in and out of. I've got a complete set of 3/4 ton leaf springs that I am considering switching to. I need to research if 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton springs are compatible. I think they are, if you order a lift kit the order number is the same for both trucks. I would really like to split the difference on how it's lifted, I'm afraid stock 3/4 ton springs will bring it to far down. Here's a picture of a Blazer from 4WD jamboree at Indy this year. I think it is stock height and it looks really good to me.
