Got some time to work on this finally and almost have it where I want it. What do you guys think? And yes barn doors are next.

I will eventually get the tailgate one, even though I don't have my Sub anymore. Will put it in with all the pics from the last 42 years we've had it.

Jimmy, how do you go about making those? Computer software? I wanted the front end of my '61 GMC done (similar to your thumbnail pic) to use it for my business logo. I was going to have someone hand draw it, white outline on black paper so it can be printed on a T-shirt...

These are great... one minor adjustment... make on with the barn doors and no little circular ( turn signals ?) lights below....

Looks good, only thing I see to change is it looks like the barn door one still shows the tailgate hinges on bottom.

The cut outs for the hinges are in the lower panel even on the barn door trucks.

I have done sign work for a while and I hand trace pictures I find in Corel Draw using a Wacom tablet. Then I edit them till I get it to look like I want. Most pictures are not perfectly straight so you have to edit out what ever slant is in it. I have redrawn many of the old car parts decals from the 60"s and 70's for use on old racecars and just enjoy doing the old stuff.

Last part of doing them is to print some. Plan to do that this weekend. If they look good in vinyl I will have them available next week.
