Re: Lets see your gauge panel!

Here is a picture of the gauges I installed in my 64 C20. This was while I was in college and unfortunately I dont have any better pictures. The 2 oddball gauges were eventually replaced with matching ones as funds allowed. I still miss this truck. Trying to replace it now.

Re: Lets see your gauge panel!

Dolphin insert hit with semi gloss block. The only complaint I have is the tach is a little dimmer than the others, I'm going to play with a few different bulbs and see if I can even it out.

Vary cool I like the cohesive design it reminds me of 2001 space odyssey or star wars. I also like how you did not cut up the dash to install the center console or dash extension or whatever you call it. It is also nice that the stainless detaches so you can update the technology if needed.

This is the one redlineg.com restored for me. He converted the amp gauge to volts and installed a vacuum gauge and 6-cylinder tachometer.

Ken,

Did you already have that cluster or did redline provide it? I have the "idiot-light" cluster in my '63, and really want to upgrade to the factory style gauge cluster like yours...but having a hard time finding one.

I already had the cluster. I bought it on e-bay for about $100.
If you add the search to your Saved Search List on e-bay it will email you when one is listed. You should be able to get one for about $100 if your patience.

Re: Lets see your gauge panel!

Ken,

Thanks for the info....out of sheer morbid curiosity...what did you search for on ebay? Seems like I can never quite get the search words right for what I'm looking for.

1963 Chevrolet truck cluster

If you copy and paste that it will bring up the ones that use 1963 in the description. I would also change the 3 to a 2 and then 1 and then 0. and do a search on each incase someone pulled it from one of those years and only listed it that way. You can also click on SOLD Items to see what has been listed and sold in the last few months. I just looked and there is nothing right now but two or three were sold for around $100 in the last few months. There was one that went for $45 with the shipping.

Don't forget to save the search and let it email you when something new is listed
