Need some help on identifying LS3 hose

Ok, I am all set on all connections, electrical and otherwise, on my Connect and Cruise LS3--except for this one. It comes out of the driver side of the engine, just behind the throttle body, and loops over to the passenger side. Prior to replacing the front drive assembly with a Dirty Dingo setup, it would have bolted to the passenger side front of the head. Can someone identify it for me and let me know what it does and where it should connect?
Many thanks.
Phil

That’s part of the emissions system. It’s the fuel evap purge solenoid. Just about everyone who does the swaps just gets rid of it. I did on my LS3 swap. I would chuck it if I were you. It’s not needed and won’t cause issues not having it.

That's the purge solenoid, unless you're running a full emission friendly swap, you can just remove it and the line and cap it. Otherwise, the other side coming off the valve would go to the vent on the gas tank.

Thanks Ghost and Nova. Much appreciated. I love this forum. I had my answer within an hour of posting a question. And the solution didn't cost me a penny! Even better.
