Electric Fan Function with truck PCM
I'm getting near the end of my build and am still working through a punchlist of details.
I am running the 04 truck blue/green PCM. The donor engine had the mechanical fan but in HPTuners I remember enabling electric fans and putting setpoints for them (I did this at the engine shop on their PC and can't easily look into my PCM now to confirm). My speartech harness also has dual fan control wiring. My question- does this PCM have the electric fan control capability through simply enabling it as I have done? Its probably the same PCM as was found in tahoes and suburbans which had electric fans so I am thinking yes. Just want to confirm.... I ordered my radiator and fans yesterday and have got controls on my mind. thanks

Re: Electric Fan Function with truck PCM
Yes, that PCM is capable of running the fans as long as they are enabled.
