Eaton HO52 for sale
Eaton HO 52 axle open diff w/4.10 gears out of a 69 C-20. Nothing wrong with it, no howling or clunking, but it is original and has never been apart as far as I know. Sold as is, local pickup in Los Angeles. $300.00 OBO.

Re: Eaton HO52 for sale
I hope someone makes an offer you can live with. That's what my K20 has and I like it, tough as nails!

Re: Eaton HO52 for sale
Thank you. It’s an awesome axle. It’s just unfortunate that I can’t get a posi for it. I would have kept it otherwise. I love the 3rd member.

Re: Eaton HO52 for sale
This is worth all of what you are asking. It may help your sale to advertise this to the 47-54 and 55-59 Chevy 3/4 ton owners. Many want this ratio 4:10 to up their highway speed. They could currently have a 4:56 or 5:14 ratio so this is definitely an upgrade. And a very easy bolt in. Pull your axles and drop it out.
There is an original Detroit No spin for these axles. Not cheap or you can use one from a 14 bolt. I think there is an article somewhere on this forum. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=536119 |

Re: Eaton HO52 for sale
Thanks pauls. That’s a great suggestion.
I considered all of the options when I converted. Ultimately I installed a 14 bolt so I didn’t have to monkey with it. A locker wouldn’t have worked well for me; it’s a performance 3/4 ton truck and I really needed the posi. I will open this up to the wider audience. |

I forgot I had even posted it here, haha.
