Automatic linkage differences
Can anyone give me an idea of what if any are the differences in the automatic linkage between a turbo 350 vs a 400? Any info is appreciated.
Thanks. |

I removed the granny gear 4-speed and put a TH-400 in my 68 GMC 1/2 ton. I used the frame bracket, pivot arm and linkage from a junk yard donor that had a TH-350 and it works fine.

As far as I know they are the same. The linkage pivot that bolts to the frame has two locations..just pick the right one for your setup.
