Will 67 Fit On 76 Frame?
both trucks have I6
both trucks have 3 on tree 76 has power disc brakes and power steering both are long beds will 67 sheet metal go on 76 frame or should i rob goddies from 76 and put on 67 frame all opinions welcome 76 truck is $100 runs /shifts/moves

no, it won't fit exactly, the wheelbases differ 127 for the older and 131(?) for the newer frame assuming you are dealing with LWB the SWB are different to. there was one here in town someone did and there was a space between the cab and box, looked like sh*t and the body mounts have to be changed to fit, so just rob the goodies from the 76 in my opinion

It can be done my 69 4x4 is on a 79 frame, the mounts are not the same, you can take some of the frame out for the right wheel base, or have a gap..... its not that hard to do if you have the tools to do the job & freinds that will help......

It can be done, I have 67 on 76, but we made a home made 3 inch body lift underneath it that lined up with the 67 body.
