Are these captured nuts available

I am missing a couple captured nuts that hold the door panel to the door. Are they available or can the newer style plastic push in style work?

I used the plastic ones on a few of mine that broke. They worked. Hard part is getting the right size.

I use Nutserts for that type of application. You should be able to get them from a local supplier but here is a web-site that shows them.
You can get them with a flange (DL Nutsert)
or with-out the flange.............(DK Nutsert)

They are set with a tool that is similar to a "pop" rivet tool.

If Tim's don't work for some reason, the cage nuts that are for the arm rests are a perfect fit. If you have a scrap door the nuts can be popped out with a screwdriver.

Found the perfect insert for this. They are sold by mcmaster carr company. There is 2 part numbers for this. Pretty sure you want to order 90680a125 they are 7.69 per pack of 25. You can get a good description from there website at www.mcmaster.com and search for the above part number. They will ship to anyone regardless of the size of order. The inserts pop right in the old square holes. Just use a pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze them and they pop right in. Prefer to get the stainless so they do not rust up on you later. Unfortunalty they do not sell the screws that work for most door panels but anyone who sells the metal panels will have these
