Carpet retaining washers

As shown. One screw did not have washer on it

The two I have pen pointed at were in the radius section and have a crack from the washer pulling down.

Complete set of 12 polished up on the buffer

My '68 CST with factory Buddy Buckets have those in the tank carpet also.

I have even seen the carpet retainers in a '73 Chevy truck that had the similar-styled buckets and console setup as the '69-'72s. So, so far, these seem to be correct for certain '67-'73 truck applications.
