Yes-power and heated. The power bases all work as does the heating elements in the bases and backs. Also has second row heated seats too. There is some wear on them but nothing bad. GM oem seat covers are still available-last time I checked (about 6 months back) they were roughly $350-400 each andnincludes new heating element pads too-pricey but GM still have the Denali trim level seat covers available-for how long is anyones guess-truck is 14 years old now so the clock on soft trim NOS parts is ticking lol
