Need help for the three speed tree

hugh in NY state .. help c-10 '69 .... does anybody know about something to fix my 3 speeed ? It does not go in Reverce ... the little figers get all mixed up ... what do u use to slov that prob. It is getting to me / please help HUGH

First thing I would recommend would be to change the bushings on the shifter shafts both, at the column and at the trans..
These are cheep and easy and may make a world of difference.
If that does not solve your problem then the shifting bushings in the column its self need rebuilt.
