Anyone know the stock rim size and lug pattern measurement for a '65 K20? Thanks!

I don't know about the stock wheel size, other than there were a couple of options available, but the wheel stud pattern is 8 x 6.5"

Perfect! Thanks! I picked up a 65 K20 that has old aftermarket chrome rims that are 16.5 inches diameter and just discovered nobody makes tires for those rims. It looks like the truck has a 4 inch lift and the tires are 22 years old with 99% tread left and are 33x12.50R16.5

Looks like new rims and tires...………..

That's an old wives' tale... There are several 16.5 options out there if you want to keep those rims. But, if you don't want to keep the rims, then now is the time to change over to 16.
