Back on the road

After almost 4 years I finally drug the old truck out and got it on the road again. This time it has a 454 and a th400. It still has a long way to go but at least it is driveable again. I almost forgot how much I enjoyed this truck.

Ya, it is literally just back on the road. I do need a gas cap lol. I just dropped the back and I have the front springs ordered. Other than that I will probably just drive it for the summer. Next winter I plan to paint it, or at least get started.

Thanks

I will probably go on Saturday but my truck isn’t going to be there quite yet. If my truck is running for the show on West Main Street in July I will probably have it there. If not my Camaro will be there for sure. I’ll look for you at the McGee show.

I got my front springs in today. I like the way it sits and drives now.

I researched wrangler springs years ago . I ended up using 4" drop springs instead. How does it ride ?

My son gave me the springs when he raised his Jeep. It rides great, too soft if you are going to haul with it though.

Other than put a bumper on the front of it I don't know what I would change. Looks pretty good.
