Dash lights stay on
Just put in custom auto sound radio and it works great but now for some reason dash lights stay on. They haven't worked in years so at least they are on but like I said won't go off. Lol Any suggestions?

I'd say it's time to start tracing wiring under the dash. The whole system is pretty simple and wiring diagrams are posted here. Good Luck

When you say "dash lights", I assume you're referring to the gauge illumination lights and not the warning lights, HI beam indicator, and charge indicator lights..
You probably connected a "hot" wire from the radio to the gray dash illumination light wire.. If you didn't have the problem before you installed the radio system, then you need to readdress the installation.. |
