What do you think?

Should i keep my original 307 with 70k miles or should i drop a 350 out of a 71 oldmobile car in my truck? Im still on the fence about it..

Run the 307 until it drops THEN install the 350. My first 307 went 165,000 miles and the last one went 145,000 before it became a boat anchor.

if it's an olds 350 it's not a real bolt in drop in deal i think the bellhousing is different for the tranny

I vote to keep the 307 because its already there and running. It will give you time to really get a hopped up 350.
