Highly organized or OCD??

I was going through my box of fasteners and remembered I had a couple of unused tackle boxes...

OCD? Nope. If you work as a piecework mechanic, which I did for many years, you'd better be able to lay your hands on the tool you need right now. Otherwise, you might go hungry. Plus, it saves a ton of frustration.

I don't know what to call it, but I have it. I have used tackle boxes for fasteners for years.

And as far as sorting hardware, I have actual plastic bins for most of it.

That's being organized. This is OCD. Sandblasted yesterday and then I used the conture sander . This is why my projects take way to long

OCD would apply if the fasteners were laid in place with care. One with bolt head up, next down and so on.
