help!!1 tierod differences?

I need some help is there any difference between 67-70 and 71-72 tierod ends? is there a way I can tell what tierod ends and ball joints are on my truck without having to take everything apart?

previous owner converted the truck over to 5 lug and replaced all the steering parts, theres a cpp lowering kit on it and the spindles look new so im not sure if they are cpp or if that even makes a difference, I cant just take a part off and take it to the parts store to check so if there was a way to measure or tell would be great

The diameter of the rods & threads are larger on the 71-72.

If it's a five lug, ask for the 72 Tie Rod Ends (inners & outers, right & left)...Take one out of the box and match it to what's on the truck in the parking lot in front of the parts store. Tie Rod Ends are a returnable exchangeable part. EZPZ

small town they don't carry parts for trucks this old so they have to order everything that's why im trying to figure out what I have, it has new spindles on it but I don't know what brand they are or if they would make them with 5 lug rotors that use the 67-70 tierods

My 72 measures 11/16 in. in diameter right next to the threads.

That doesn't always work, a lot of the earlier kits used the drum taper in the spindle. It's not OE, so it may be a moot point
