blinkers quit working......need help
The other day both of my blinkers quit working on my 76 c10. Both turn signals quit, they dont make the clicking noise nor do they blink at the instrument cluster. The hazard switch which works in conjunction with my blinker switch still works fine. I checked fuses and took the steering wheel off and examined the blinker switch but everything looks fine so im not sure. Anyone have any ideas what could be the problem.
Thanks in advance, Clynt |

On your fuse block check the round metal fuse on the bottom left. This is for the blinkers. You may have another one up top but the bottom one can pop out from time to time by accidently knocking it out of socket. If that doesn't work try replacing it.

When both sides quit at once, and the hazards work, it's a sure bet the flasher can is bad. Try swaping the two cans and see if the hazards stop working.
